The Gold Preventative Maintenance Contract
consists of the following provisions:

21 Point Inspections on heat
exchanger (furnace) and
Condensing Unit*.

Establishes you as a Priority
Customer of Polar Air.

You will receive 20% Discounts
on additional service, such as
unit replacement, coil & blower
washes, labor and parts.

The contract price will be
guaranteed for 2 years, as long
as the contract is renewed prior
to expiration date.
-
24 hour service at day-time
rates.
-
Contract is for 1 furnace and
condensing unit for a period of
1 year.
