Here at Polar Air, we know how important it is to provide our customers with honest, dependable, and experienced service that you can trust.  That is why all of Polar Air's work is backed with a 90 day labor warranty & a 1 year parts warranty on all new equipment installed.

Please take a moment and read the following standard agreements:

• Polar Air reserves the right to reject any agreement, both verbal, and/or written, if upon inspection of the equipment, it is found to be in a condition that service will be unsatisfactory to both parties.

• If equipment is serviced by a company other than Polar Air, all service agreements will become null and void.

• Polar Air will attempt to notify clients twice by telephone before making maintenance calls.  Seasonal maintenance checks will not be made if an appointment cannot be scheduled within ten business days after notification.

• Service agreements are transferable to the same address and can be transferred to the new homeowner for a $25.00 administrative fee.
